Chocolate Cupcakes It Is!

Cupcakes is my second favorite that I bake when I feel like I need to destress or if I want to make someone happy.  Let us start with Chocolate Cupcake that I made for my ex-boss during his sendoff party at the office.  I made use of a very high quality dark cocoa powder and topped it with my very own chocolate buttercream with sprinkles.  

What are Cupcakes?

They are basically the small version of a cake because it consists of the same ingredients as you are doing a cake.  You can also top it with your choice of icing or frosting and decorates such as sprinkles or fresh fruits.

You can try more variants of cupcakes based on you and your family or friends' preference.  But for me, this one is the top 1 on my list. 💓
